Having understood where your organisation is today, you can either select a target based upon a five-year or ten-year period. Your gender target is entered as a percentage and overall D&I questions as a y/n and should be set for each category populated with baseline data.

A graph or status can be generated to show the target trajectory from today to the end of your five- or ten-year period. As you update your data and D&I journey over the next few months and years, a real-time line will be added to the graph or status to show your progress against your original target
